Or stay at the house and spend your time on one of the three decks or two living rooms, maybe try your luck at the foosball game downstairs. Private HOT TUB to relax in located on lower back deck. High Meadow Trailhead is just down the street. A 2-car garage and driveway are available to ensure space for four vehicles. Rustic stone and wooden furnishings present a true cabin ambiance. The main living space is constructed as an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has comfortable seating options placed in front of a gorgeous stone fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. The fireplace is ideal for lighting on a chilly night while you curl up with a good novel. Have your guests gather around the TV for a movie night. A DVD player and a foosball table are provided for family entertainment. The home is equipped with WiFi through high speed internet to keep you connected. More information A second living room is located downstairs so there will never be an issue with watching a movie while others play games or catch up. This living room has two more couches, a second fireplace, a mounted flat screen TV, and a foosball table. A full laundry room makes for easy chores while you're vacationing. Past the living room is a gourmet kitchen. A chef will be in heaven admiring the updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile backsplash. The breakfast bar has seating for 6. Alongside this dining space is the formal dining table. The dining table has seating for seven including bench-style seating. A 6 burner BBQ and 6 ft picnic table are available outside on the deck for when you're in the mood to grill. When you are done taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding pines and peek-a-boo views of the mountain, head downstairs and into the expansive fenced-in backyard to enjoy some competitive games of disc golf and corn hole. This private backyard is great for letting the kids run freely without having to worry. A covered deck also offers some shade. Outdoor seating is even arranged for you to relax and stargaze at night. As the night comes to an end and you are ready to retire for the evening, there are four bedrooms to choose from. The glamorous master bedroom is clad with a King-size bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom for privacy. The master bathroom is spa-worthy with a Jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The first guest bedroom is ideal for housing the kids with two sets of Twin over Full bunk beds and doors to a balcony. The last two guest bedrooms both hold Queen-size beds. There are 3 guest bathrooms prepared with shower/tub combos. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase all items you will need such as soaps and paper products. Parking is somewhat limited here with 4 allowed spots (2 in garage, 2 in driveway) with no street parking allowed. Prior to booking, please be sure to read through the Tahoe House Rules to ensure everyone has a great time. This home is in a noise sensitive neighborhood, has noise monitors and has added security cameras on all sides of the exterior. Any events such as parties of any kind will result in immediate eviction without refund. In winter the decks are not cleared, for your safety please do not access decks or try to clear the deck when it is full of snow.
